Delivery & Returns

UK delivery

UK delivery is free on every order. Books that are available now are normally dispatched within 2–3 working days. We will contact you if an unexpected delay affects your order.

International delivery

International delivery costs £5 per order, regardless of the number of books. Delivery is offered where it is legally and technically supported by our payment provider and delivery carrier.

International customers may be responsible for local import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed after dispatch. These charges are not included in the price paid to us.

Existing preorders

If you placed a preorder before these books became available, your original order remains valid. You do not need to place another order or pay again. Your preorder will be fulfilled from physical stock, with no additional delivery charge for any remaining books from that order. Please contact us if you need help with an existing preorder.

Changing your mind

You may cancel an order before dispatch by emailing info@mydinosauruniverse.com. You may also tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the books.

Books should be returned in the condition in which they were received. You are responsible for ordinary return postage when you change your mind. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect books

Please email us promptly with your order reference and, where possible, a photograph. If a book is faulty, damaged in transit or supplied incorrectly, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover reasonable return costs where a return is required.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We may wait until the returned goods arrive, or until you provide evidence that they have been sent, before issuing a change-of-mind refund.

Please contact us before returning a book so that we can confirm the return instructions. Returns should be addressed to:
