Who we are

This website and its book sales are operated by Michael Savva Publishing Limited, trading as My Dinosaur Universe.

Ordering

When you place an order, you are offering to buy the selected books at the price shown. An order is accepted when payment is successfully confirmed and we send an order confirmation. Please check your email address and delivery details carefully.

Prices and payment

All website prices are in pounds sterling. Michael Savva Publishing Limited is not VAT registered, so VAT is not charged separately. The website verifies book prices, quantities, discounts and delivery charges before sending you to Stripe’s secure checkout. Payment is taken as a one-time payment. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Discounts and delivery charges

• One book: normal book price, free UK delivery or £5 international delivery.
• Two books: 10% off the books, free UK delivery or £5 international delivery.
• Three or more books: 20% off the books, free UK delivery or £5 international delivery.

Discounts are calculated from the total number of books in the order. A valid promotional code may replace the automatic multi-book discount. Promotional and automatic discounts do not combine unless we explicitly state otherwise. Delivery charges remain the same when using a promotional code.

Existing preorders

Preorders placed before the books became available remain valid and will be fulfilled from physical stock. There is no need to order or pay again. Existing order records, payments and customer rights are preserved. Please contact us with any questions about your original order.

Delivery

Available books are normally dispatched within 2–3 working days. Any remaining books from an existing preorder will be sent at no additional delivery cost. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed where delay is caused by a carrier, customs process or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your cancellation and returns rights are explained on our Delivery & Returns page. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
