What age are My Dinosaur Universe books suitable for?
The picture books are created for children aged 2–7 and for sharing with a parent, carer or other grown up.
Where can I buy the books?
You can order from this website, or find current bookshops, museums, attractions and partners on our Stockists page. All four books are available now from this website, subject to stock. Please check availability directly with individual stockists.
Are there free colouring activities?
Yes. Our free dinosaur colouring pages and activities can be downloaded and printed at home, with no email address required.
How can I hear about new releases and new dinosaurs?
Join the Universe through our email signup, or follow My Dinosaur Universe on our social channels. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time.
Can I find the books in physical shops?
Yes. Our Stockists page lists current shops, museums and attractions. Stock and title ranges can vary, so contact the venue before making a special journey.
Are the books part of a series?
Yes. My Dinosaur Universe is a growing series with familiar dinosaur characters and new adventures. Each book explores its own story.
How much is UK delivery?
UK delivery is free on every order.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, where supported by our payment provider and delivery carrier. UK delivery is free. International delivery is £5 per order, regardless of the number of books. Local import duties or taxes may still apply.
When will my order be dispatched?
Books that are available now are normally dispatched within 2–3 working days. We will contact you if an unexpected delay affects your order.
What happens to an existing preorder?
Your original preorder remains valid. You do not need to order or pay again. Existing preorder copies will be fulfilled from physical stock; contact us if you need help with your order.
Can I order several books together?
Yes. Add your chosen titles and quantities to one basket. Two books receive 10% off and three or more receive 20% off. UK delivery is free; international delivery is £5 per order.
Are payments secure?
Yes. Payment is handled securely by Stripe. My Dinosaur Universe does not receive or store your full card details.
How do the multi-book discounts work?
Two books receive 10% off the books. Three or more books receive 20% off the books. A valid promotional code may replace these automatic discounts and cannot be combined unless we specifically say otherwise.
Where do I enter a discount code?
Enter your code in the Discount code box in the basket before proceeding to payment. The basket will show whether it has been accepted and recalculate your total.
Can I cancel or return an order?
You can contact us before dispatch to request cancellation. Your full cancellation and returns rights are explained on our Delivery & Returns page.
